Who we are

A specialist agribusiness platform, based in Bangkok, created to help agriculture professionals turn knowledge into better decisions, stronger performance, and more sustainable production systems.

We have sat on both sides, as delegates and as organisers. That is why we know what makes training worth the trip.

We bring that insight to every event we run, selecting speakers, case studies and formats that encourage open discussion, honest questions and practical take-home ideas for your business.

What we do

Four value chains, one view of animal protein

Poultry

(Broilers, layers and breeders)

The value chain we run the most training in. Feed formulation, bird health and live production taught together rather than as separate technical silos, because that is how the decisions get made on a real unit.

What we cover

NUTRITION. Feed formulation for broilers, layers and breeders, and the cost per tonne that follows from it.

HEALTH. Veterinary practice and biosecurity, taught alongside the nutrition rather than after it.

PRODUCTION. Live bird performance, house environment and the welfare standards buyers now audit.

Livestock

(Ruminants and swine)

Ration design and herd performance for producers working at commercial scale across the region, with the commercial consequences of each decision kept in view.

What we cover

NUTRITION. Ration design and feed efficiency for ruminant and swine units at commercial scale.

HEALTH. Herd health programmes and the veterinary decisions sitting behind them.

PRODUCTION. Unit productivity, with the emissions and resource questions now attached to it.

Aquaculture

(Pond, cage and hatchery)

Feed and health management for pond, cage and hatchery operations, taught alongside the rest of the protein chain rather than treated as a separate industry.

What we cover

NUTRITION. Aquafeed formulation across pond, cage and hatchery systems.

HEALTH. Stock health and biosecurity, including water quality and environmental load.

PRODUCTION. Grow-out and hatchery management through the full production cycle.

Feed

(Formulation, milling and quality)

The mill side of the chain, where nutrition decisions stop being theoretical and become a physical product, a pellet quality figure and a cost per tonne.

What we cover

FORMULATION. Least-cost formulation and the nutritional trade-offs it forces.

MILLING. Mill process and pellet quality, and the physical product that reaches the animal.

QUALITY. Raw material control, QC practice and sustainable sourcing.
